1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

- 얼굴 사진 3장 (정면, 좌측, 우측 — AI 외모 분석 목적)
- 이메일 (Apple / Google 로그인)
- 성별, 출생연도, 닉네임, 키
- 기기 토큰 (푸시 알림)

- AI 외모 분석 점수 및 피드백 산출
- 본인의 과거 점수 이력을 "내 성장" 탭에 시각화 (본인에게만 노출)
- 결제 처리 및 결제 이력 관리

- 부정 이용 방지 및 신고 처리
3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 탈퇴 시 모든 개인정보 즉시 영구 삭제
- 관계 법령에 따라 일부 기록(결제 이력 등)은 5년간 보관될 수 있습니다 (전자상거래법)
4. 얼굴 사진 데이터 처리 (제3자 AI 제공 고지)
Apple App Store 심사 지침 5.1.1(i) / 5.1.2(i)에 따라, 본 섹션에서 얼굴 사진 데이터의 전송 대상, 전송 데이터, 이용 목적, 보관 기간을 명시적으로 고지합니다. 동일한 내용이 앱 내 사진 업로드 화면 진입 시 별도의 동의 모달로 사용자에게 다시 한 번 안내됩니다.

전송 시점 및 동의
사진 업로드 화면 진입 시 별도의 인앱 동의 모달을 통해 위 4가지(데이터 / 대상 / 목적 / 보관)를 명시적으로 안내하며, 이용자가 동의하고 계속하기 버튼을 누르기 전까지는 단 한 장의 사진도 전송되지 않습니다.
Anthropic의 데이터 처리
- Anthropic은 GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA 등 주요 개인정보 보호 법규를 준수합니다.
- Dutchface는 Anthropic API의 zero-data-retention 옵션을 적용하여, 전송된 사진이 Anthropic의 모델 학습에 사용되지 않도록 합니다.

저장 위치
사진 원본은 Supabase Inc.(미국)의 클라우드 스토리지에 암호화되어 저장됩니다.
보관 기간
회원이 계정을 삭제하는 즉시 모든 사진과 분석 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.
제3자 공유 금지
위 Anthropic · Supabase 외 어떠한 제3자에게도 사진을 제공하지 않으며, 광고 · 마케팅 등 어떠한 목적으로도 판매 · 교환하지 않습니다.
다른 이용자에 대한 노출
업로드된 얼굴 사진, 분석 결과 점수, 피드백, 프로필 사진, 점수 이력 등 이용자의 어떠한 데이터도 다른 이용자에게 공개되지 않습니다. 본 서비스는 유저 간 비교 · 노출 · 랭킹 기능을 일체 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
- AI 분석: Anthropic, PBC (미국, Claude API) — 위 4번 참조
- 클라우드 인프라: Supabase Inc. (미국, 데이터베이스 및 스토리지)
- 결제 처리: Apple Inc. (App Store 인앱결제)
- 위 업체들은 GDPR / CCPA를 준수하며, Dutchface는 이용자 정보를 광고 목적 등으로 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
- 개인정보 열람, 수정, 삭제 요청 가능
- 계정 삭제 시 모든 개인정보(사진, 분석 결과, 점수 이력 등)가 즉시 영구 삭제됨
- 동의 철회는 회원 탈퇴를 통해 가능
7. 만 14세 미만 아동
- 본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 만 14세 미만 아동이 가입한 사실을 인지한 경우 즉시 계정을 삭제합니다.

Dutchface — Privacy Policy
Effective: April 16, 2026
1. Personal Information Collected

- Three face photos (front, left, right) — for AI appearance analysis
- Email (Apple / Google sign-in)
- Gender, birth year, nickname, height
- Device token (for push notifications)

- One profile photo (for personal display inside the app)
2. Purpose of Use
- AI appearance score and feedback generation
- Visualizing the user's own past scores in the "My Progress" tab (shown only to the user themselves)
- Payment processing and purchase history management
- Push notification delivery
- Abuse prevention and report handling
3. Retention Period
- All personal information is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion.
- Some records (payment history, etc.) may be retained for up to 5 years as required by applicable law (e.g., Korean e-commerce regulations).
4. Face Data Processing (Third-Party AI Disclosure)
In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i), this section explicitly discloses the recipient, data sent, purpose, and retention period of face data transmissions. The same information is also shown inside the app as a consent modal before any photo is transmitted.

Timing & Consent
When the user reaches the photo upload screen, an in-app consent modal explicitly discloses all four items above (data, recipient, purpose, retention). No photo is transmitted until the user taps Agree and continue.
Anthropic's Data Handling
- Anthropic complies with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other major privacy regulations.
- Dutchface enables Anthropic API's zero-data-retention option, ensuring transmitted photos are not used for model training.

Storage
Photos are stored encrypted in Supabase Inc.'s cloud storage (United States).
Retention
All photos and analysis data are permanently deleted immediately when the user deletes their account.
No Third-Party Sharing
Dutchface does not share photos with any third party other than Anthropic and Supabase listed above. We do not sell or exchange user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Visibility to Other Users
Uploaded face photos, analysis scores, feedback, profile photos, and score history are NEVER shown to other users under any circumstances. This service does not provide any user-to-user comparison, exposure, or leaderboard feature.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
- AI analysis: Anthropic, PBC (United States, Claude API) — see section 4
- Cloud infrastructure: Supabase Inc. (United States, database and storage)
- Payment processing: Apple Inc. (App Store in-app purchases)
- These providers comply with GDPR / CCPA. Dutchface does not sell user data to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. User Rights
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information at any time.
- All personal information (photos, analysis results, score history, etc.) is permanently deleted upon account deletion.
- Consent can be withdrawn by deleting your account.
7. Children Under 14
- This Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
- If we learn that a child under 14 has registered, the account is deleted immediately.
